It is not just pasta, pizza and parma ham in Italy.  Let’s hit the backstreet and pig out around Bologna Square, most of restaurants in that area have rich history.  The place is unfussy, comfy and friendly.

I seldom order Lardo but I have to try this in Italy. We ordered one portion of Piadina Lardo, a piece of fatty baked Lardo put in between the freshly toasted Piadina bread.  The aroma of bacon fully in my mouth!!!  Ravioli cappelletti is cooked al dente, every piece of ravioli is absorb the rich, creamy and flavourful sauces.

We watched Italian old movie in the square with a beer under the summer breeze after our big meal.  Such a great fun!
