Japanese chefs have always been in the forefront on French Cuisine, CHEF SHINICHI SATO using the classic Tokyo style approach for his restaurant in Paris.

Discreet address (hard to find), limited number of guests, omakase (in a French way), Zen touch interior design, use of super high end LOBMEYR wine glasses ware as well as “just about right” portion.

This was my second time to Passage 53, the food never disappoint!
