I am a big fan of Le Chateaubriand (The San Pellegrino World’s 50 best restaurants in 2009) in Paris since i worked with Chef Inaki in a guest chef dinner in Hong Kong long time ago. I learnt quite a lot from his team. I stepped into this restaurant with a high expectation as i heard one of the chef is coming from Le Chateaubriand. The magic ward from the chefs is amazing, excellent food comes from simple ingredients. You can feel the energetic spirit through the dish with aesthetically pleasing colours.
Pays Basque, the region i like the most in France nearby Bordeaux. I am so surprise most of the cold cut items are coming from this region.
At last, a fluffy chocolate cake is a must have dessert, jaw dropping!!
