Le Cordon Bleu, a dream place for “chef wannabe”, there is so many students from Taiwan and Mainland China in this Tokyo branch.  I picked a simple course  (i thought it was)….. however, seems chocolate making is not an easy job specially the temperature control of the paste.  The instructor is a French speaking chef, good to have his assistant speaking Mandarin.  I enjoyed every minute of it.
