Farm To Table / Hong Kong / Perma Culture

“From farm to table” concept is not a trend.  It is talking about earth as well as people care in a healthy sustainable lifestyle.  Slow Food joined hands with Hong Kong Perma Club and let me have a chance to experience the real “from farm to table” dining concept.

The farmland is located in a hidden valley nearby Ng Fai Tin over the Clearwater Bay.  Lovely water spinach (thai: water morning glory) is in season, all of us are busying to harvest it nearby the river.  My first time to see the black sesame plants, a very interesting “discovery” in my life.
