We are not a meat lover, however, Ohmi wagyu is an irresistible draw. Ohmi is one of three supreme beefs of Japan along with Kobe and Matsusaka Ushi. We ordered 1 kilo and shared with a group of foodie friends. We cut the steak in a bite size and grilled it in a Japanese “Yakiniku” way.
