I think Iran’s the priciest export is not oil, it should be caviar. The market prices ranging from USD$7,000 to USD$10,000/kg (according to the wiki info). Thanks to Ms “V” who just came back from Iran and brought us the superb beluga caviar. We served this black gold with blinis and home made crème fraîche, I can feel the authentic flavour of the sea by these tiny black drops. We finished a salt-cured “black luxury” (50g only) in 15 mins with full of satiation.
