Hidden gems in Ginza part 1, Spring 2016

Chicken / Ginza / Japan / tokyo / Tsukiji

I like Ginza, much more than other districts in Tokyo.  It is not because Ginza is the best place for shopping and entertainment.   I like its history, historical buildings and old style foodie places.  I stopped by 鳥芳 out of the blue for a quick early lunch nearby St. Luke hospital located at Tsukiji.  Total three choices in menu and serving chargrilled chicken rice bowl only.  The food is simple, pleasant tasty and delicious smell!!

Btw, I found an old local butcher shop named 宮川商店, just a few steps away from the restaurant.  The old building with beautiful facade is a “hot place” for all mums getting local fresh fowls poultry for supper.
