Hidden gems in Ginza, part 2, Spring 2016

eel / Ginza / tokyo

Noboritei (登三松), a good place to have Unadon (grilled eel in a bowl) served on rice.   Not a big fan of Unadon/Unaju as I am quite against the “earthy” smell of eels except the one in Noboritei.  They never use thick “sugar sweet” sauce cover the freshness of Unaju.  Crispy eels’ skin is served, definitely it helps the food waste problem!!
